Navigating Companies House ID&V

As part of the upcoming Companies House reforms under the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act, all company directors, Persons with Significant Control (PSCs), and relevant individuals will soon be required to have their identity verified (ID&V).

From 18 November 2025, these checks will become mandatory, with identity verification required before new appointments and within a 12-month transition window for existing roles.

As an Authorised Corporate Service Provider (ACSP), A.C.T. London is fully approved to carry out ID&V on behalf of clients.

Our Compliance Team manages the process end-to-end, ensuring that verification is completed securely, efficiently, and fully aligned with Companies House requirements.

If your company or your clients will be affected, we can help you prepare now and avoid last-minute compliance challenges.
